Job Description :
Functional Responsibilities :
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks regarding :
- Providing analytically based diagnostic reporting of actual service and delivery metrics vs. pre-determined standards
- Preparing executive summaries of core service and delivery results for internal audiences that outline opportunities for improvement
- Communicating the above metrics to internal sales partners and Senior Leadership via email/shared portal on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis
- For our top customers, prepare executive summaries of core service metrics weekly and/or monthly
- Support sales leadership with analysis and data requests for adhoc projects. For example, outline internal net revenue opportunity if service frequency is increased
- Create, update and prepare on-going periodic business reports
- Maintain core metric models and files for historical reference, as needed
- Develop Power Point presentations to communicate business results and insights
- Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with sales partners
- Collaborate with sales functions on ad-hoc projects
- Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
- Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
- Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
- Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
- Scale-up operation in-line with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
People Responsibilities :
- Coach and on-board new members of the team in processes and ways of working with sales partners
Key Skills/Experience Required :
- 5+ years of experience in Sales/Sales Management
- Bachelor's in commerce/business administration/marketing, Master's degree is a plus
- Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
- Development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages. Knowledge on cloud-based data analytics platforms
- Experience with one of Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel, Power Point and Access
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
