Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Sales growth in FMCG / Ayurveda category vis vis targets

- Develop the Go to market strategy for existing and new geography expansion and Ecommerce business

- Develop sales strategies and it's implementation with a view to increasing/sustain market share and profitability

- Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure the achievement of the sales plans and strategies

- Initiate market intelligence system to provide monthly information to Top Management on potential data, competitors activities, new product opportunities and other changes in the environment

- Evolve policies for establishing a robust field force monitoring and people management relationship management system in order to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth

- Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget

- Work closely with the on ground sales team and brand team to improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in store planning, customisedtrade schemes, promotional campaigns to meet zonal needs

- Carry out Pre post promotions, schemes evaluation estimated ROI, Sales Managers market feedback as well as market data readings where applicable

- Anchor the sales SOP formulation
