This role requires the individual to closely work with the CEO with respect to Sales Strategy Management, Corporate Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Market Research and everything on the similar lines. This person will be responsible for supporting him in making all the sales oriented strategic level decisions. This person will directly be reporting to the CEO.

The Sales Strategy professional shall be responsible for the development of a decentralized activity planning process and ensuring its adoption across the businesses. He will manage the development of sales plans and budgets by playing a lead role in all the planning and budgeting activities performed by the business. In this position, the Sales Strategy professional establishes and reviews key strategic priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative plans.

Alongside the senior strategy management, the Strategy professional will support the strategic planning process to ensure that this process is timely, focused, and value adding. He will also ensure that the strategy planning process highlights existing business issues, making certain that these issues are thoughtfully addressed by the laid out plans.
