Brief Description:
Our Client is one of the leading company in hospitality space and we are looking to hire a Sales strategy head, who will be accountable for creating strategy for sales, Marketing and Operations for the country.
Job Description -
- Review current sales across the country and by venue and assess gaps and potential
- Develop strategy [sales, marketing, ops] - by region by city by venue to optimize sales
- Work with regional heads, Ops head and cluster heads for execution of the plan
- Ensure all venues across the country deliver at target
- Review data constantly to ensure things are on plan
- Travel to regions for monthly / quarterly reviews
Requirement:
- Only from McKinsey/BCG/Bain & Co can apply
- Tier 1 College MBA preferred
- Consulting experience must
- Analytical and self-driven
- Strategic thinker
- Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur
- Open to travel
