Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Analyze market data, customer data, and sales performance data to identify key insights and areas for improvement.

- Develop comprehensive market segmentation and customer profiling strategies.

- Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

- Define sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

- Develop and refine sales messaging and value propositions.

- Set sales targets and quotas for sales teams.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.

- Develop and deliver sales training programs and materials.

- Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to be successful.

- Coach and mentor sales teams on sales techniques, best practices, and customer relationship management.

- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and channel development
