Lead sales operations across the properties:
- Work with the sponsors and project team on delivery of rights to rights holder & sponsors
- Work with the sponsors and project/ sales team on leveraging the association effectively
- Responsible for increasing activation spends by sponsors towards the respective projects
- Responsible for execution of project marketing events
- Lead business intelligence with in the sales team:
- Analyse industry trends
- Update regularly on the best practices for events / sponsors / talent
- Analysis of our events from commercial perspective
- Track and analysis of competitive events
- Work with agencies on evaluating sponsor returns and implementation of key feedback
- Work on sponsorship structuring options for the properties
- Responsible for leading and managing event, team and individuals performances across the sales team
