About the Role


We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Software Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in software and services sales who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, setting up strategic meetings, and fostering strong client relationships to drive business growth across the UK and Ireland.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.


- Generate new leads and secure meetings for our consulting team.


- Attend industry exhibitions, conventions, and networking events.


- Manage the sales pipeline and report on weekly activities and progress.


- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales objectives.


- Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals.


- Provide accurate forecasts for annual, quarterly, and monthly sales.


- Deliver clear, concise weekly sales reports.


- Conduct detailed market research, including customer and competitor analysis.


- Use insights and data to uncover new sales opportunities.


Requirements:


- Proven track record in software and services sales.


- Demonstrated success in winning and closing new business.


- Strong technical sales skills.


- Experience using CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.


- Proficient in market and competitor research.


- Bachelors degree in Business or related field (preferred).


- Valid UK driving license and access to own car (preferred).


- Work authorisation in the UK is required.
