Sales Specialist - Optics Industry

We are hiring a sales specialist for the optics and optoelectronics organization.

Purpose of the Role:

- Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets

Description of the role:

- Will be responsible for sales, collection, and revenue for assigned customers within territory

- Also responsible for activating new customer's business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers

- Will be responsible for distributor reviews

- Relevant experience in the optical industry, FMCG, or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel

Candidate Requirements:

- Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. - Preferred) - Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA

- Marketing / Sales

- Excellent Communication skills

- Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Consumer products industry

- Strong channel & distribution management skills

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

- The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.

- Should be able to have a meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.

- Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.

- Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.

- Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
