Sales Specialist - Mfg

Softcell is a leading Business Partner and the only "Platinum Partner" of Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) in India. Softcell partners with PTC to sell software products and solutions of PTC Mechanical CAD and Collaboration solutions consisting of products such as Pro/Engineer, Mathcad, Arbortext, WindChill, Product Point, etc.

The PTC business is one of the fastest growing SBUs for Softcell. We are in the process of hiring Jr. Sales Specialists for selling PTC products and solutions to corporate customers.

Primary Job Functions:

- Reach the quarterly sales target by positioning PTC products (Pro/ENGINEER, Windchill, Isodraw, etc) to the enterprise customers.

- Prospect and develop new business.

- Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.

- Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.

- Work as the overlay product/techno-commercial expert in order to be able to demo PTC products to customers.

- Build credibility of the organisation with the customers for Softcell's services around PTC products.

- Understand and articulate the company's value proposition in the PTC business.

- Ability to use CRM to manage opportunities and leads.

Prinicipal Qualifications:

- Ideal candidate should have strong and in-depth process understanding of key segments in the Engineering Services space such as Auto Ancillaries, Valve manufacturers, Bearing manufacturing companies.

- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software like Pro/ENGINEER,Solid Works, Solid Edge etc.

- Ideal candidate would have proven skills in marketing, business development/sales, understanding technical requirements and coordination with production teams.

- He/she should also have good relationships and strong contacts in the Engineering Services customer segment.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- SELF-STARTER, HUNTER a MUST

- 1-3 years of sales experience.

- A BE (Mech) with MBA is a preferable.
