We have urgent opening for Sales Specialists in Edu - tech/E-learning firm in Bangalore.

Position : Sales Specialists (designation has scope of changing)

Reporting to : Business Head

Team members : 30 to 40 offroll members

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 3+ years in selling B2C products

Job Profile :

- Understand products and services offered by us and can articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.

- Manage 30-40 people across locations on manpower agency payroll with the help of 3-4 agency managers and Team leads reporting to them (All on agency payrolls)

- Drive productivity numbers, controlling attrition, and managing absenteeism as per the goal sheet.

- Ensure a specific predefined HC at all times through proactive hiring as and when required.

- Ensure delivery of team on paid conversions as well as value sales targets.

- Monitor channel sales, marketing & operational activities; implement strategies to maximize paid conversion

- Implement strategies to reduce and optimize channel's cost of conversion.
