Key Skills Required:
- Advising clients about products.
- New client acquisition through use of market intelligence and industry networking
- Meeting sales targets of Inflows.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing HNI/UHNI investors and thus generating business and references to meet the sales targets assigned.
- Efficient in making calls and meetings with high-net-worth investors.
- Achieve targets of AUM, Gross Sales, Market share and SIP count.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- To manage relationships with decision makers of family offices & RM's of wealth firms.
- Acquire new customers through referrals from existing customers who meet product criteria.
- Enhance the Overall value/book size of the portfolio.
- Attrition control of investors.
- Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct sales presentations & one to one meeting to influence decision-making and close the deals.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and investor feedback to senior management.
- Strong understanding of equity and debt products and markets.
- Excellent Sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships with Family Offices and Wealth Counters.
