Position Summary:
Business development:
We need candidates with prior experience only and from companies like Pidilite, Sika, Fosroc, BASF, MYK Arment, Sunanda, Choksey Chemicals etc.
- Generate and qualify leads and develop sales action plan and strategies
- Make presentations of company product and services to current and potential clients
- Spearhead new customer openings, increasing penetration in existing customers by analysing the needs and proposing solutions in a compelling way
- Establish network with engineers, technical offices, construction companies and product applicators
Technical service to customer:
- Service existing customers, plan frequent customer visits, obtain orders, provide technical support on products
- Follow job sites actively and make powerful practical demos
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
Competitor sensitivity:
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
- Report the everyday competitor moves to the company and create a response plan
Exp: 2 Years+
Location: Delhi/Jaipur/Mumbai/Bangalore
CTC: 7 lpa to 8 lpa
