Sales Role - Payment Gateways Product development
The individual is responsible for entire BFSI Banking Vertical
Role & Responsibility :
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Minimum 10+yrs of experience.
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.
- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Software Services Sales / Software Product Sales.
- Generating leads, qualifying leads, building & garnering healthy funnel, customer profiling & account mapping, co-coordinating, handling customer objections, creating opportunities, and accomplishing sales cycle milestones in a shorter time frame, directing all course of actions to deal closures and achieving revenue targets.
- BID Management and closing tender opportunity
- Understanding customer requirements and discussing with it consulting & technology team for evaluating best fitment before proposing any BI solution out of available technology stack to prospect.
- Presales solution presentation to business users/ IT team for intriguing.
- Having Good networking in BFSI / Logistics / Education / E-commerce Domain would be an added advantage
