As an NBFC Sales IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and business growth of a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen. You will be responsible for managing the IT systems and tools that support the sales operations of the NBFC. Your primary focus will be on optimizing sales processes, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing sales efficiency through the effective use of technology.

Responsibilities:

- System Management: Oversee and manage the IT systems, software, and tools used for sales activities within the NBFC, ensuring their smooth operation and availability.

- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement technological solutions to streamline and automate sales workflows.

- CRM Administration: Maintain and enhance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to effectively capture and manage customer data, sales leads, and opportunities.

- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to provide sales teams and management with real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics.

- Sales Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to sales teams on the effective use of IT systems and tools, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing technology for sales success.

- Integration and Upgrades: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate sales systems with other organizational systems, as well as evaluate and implement upgrades or new technologies to enhance sales capabilities.

- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of sales IT systems, implementing necessary measures to protect sensitive customer and business data.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring their adherence to service level agreements and driving continuous improvement.

- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales IT, actively seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the NBFC's sales technology infrastructure.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

- Proven experience in IT roles, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on sales enablement and CRM systems.

- Strong knowledge of sales processes and the role of technology in driving sales effectiveness.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement tools.

- Data analysis skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for generating insights and reports.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

- Knowledge of information security principles and experience implementing security measures within IT systems.

- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a continuous learning mindset.
