Sales - Hunter
Hunter Role :
- Incentivized to hunt for projects/accounts
- Good understanding in Hunting throughout India including Government Accounts, PSUs.
- Should bring list of contacts/clients to connect from previous organizations, additionally we also provide list. Should be able to add new logos.
- Hunt for target account list
- Should have career sales experience
- KPIs include order booking, acquisitions, training revenues & margin (EBIT, CSAT) at sales, customer satisfaction
- Ability to create pipeline of opportunities
- Will be focusing on solving problems in high tech sector, retail, GICs, supply chain, logistics etc., wherein technology comes in.
- For large teams we end up partnering with consultants like SAP, Grant Thornton, McKinsey
- Person to create the ecosystem of alliances for large deal.
- Will create partnership to bid jointly on RFRs.
- Portfolio includes :
- Engineering for Digital - Product Engineering
- Digital Enterprise (ERP, SAP, Microsoft - AZURE, Dynamics, AWS, Data Analytics, I4.0)
- Healthcare (C-certified Devices & Products, IoT Health, Pathology, Patient care)
- Assets & Solutions (Energy, Product Phantom)
- Revenue Target - 1-1.5 million USD$
- Reporting to Sales Head of India
