Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect gold jewellery pieces based on their preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our gold jewellery collection and educate customers on the unique features, craftsmanship, and materials.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, ensuring that customers feel comfortable and valued.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitors' offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to maintain customer records, track sales, and follow up with potential leads.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in gold jewellery sales, preferably in top jewellery brands.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- A genuine passion for jewellery and a good understanding of current fashion trends.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to handle customer data efficiently.
- Professional appearance, with a well-groomed and polished image.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service.
