Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:


- Drive sales of Pixels voltage stabilizers in your assigned territory.


- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.


- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


Market Expansion & Coverage:


- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.


- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.


- Recommend innovative tactics to increase market share.


Channel Partner Management:


- Build strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring product availability and visibility.


- Provide product training, marketing materials, and sales support to partners.


- Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions where needed.


Forecasting & Reporting:


- Prepare sales forecasts, demand plans, and performance reports.


- Analyze territory-level data to optimize sales strategies and resource allocation.


- Present insights to senior management on market trends and competitor movements.


Education/Experience:


Qualifications:


- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


- MBA is a plus.


- Experience: 35 years in channel sales/territory sales, preferably in the electrical or consumer durables sector.


Skills:


- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.


- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.


- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.


- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
