WHAT YOU'LL DO:
New Business Development:
- Will be responsible for bringing in new business and carry individual revenue target
- Will be responsible for driving new account wins and new revenue
- Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity
- Build and nurture relationships within the Accounts
- Will be responsible for the business growth
- Work closely with the Client engagement team (e.g. Engineering leaders, partners, practitioners, and other business development professionals) to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and win business
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Experience and track record of achieving revenue targets
- Ability to navigate through the customer account to spot new opportunities and win deals
- Flexible to travel to meet customers
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Your performance will be measured in the following ways:
- Growth in revenue, onboarding new clients, and expanding existing accounts
- Improving Client experience across the customer life cycle
- Strategizing and penetrating into key accounts.
