Job Purpose:
- The position is responsible for handling sales for Key accounts (Star outlets) , and driving all promotional and sales support activities in the region.
Responsibility :
- Achieving growth in sales revenue from the star outlets channel, and also focusing on visibility. The candidate will be responsible for top-line and bottom line figures for this channel
- Handling all sales development activities in the region, like
- Cos Whole sales program
- Networking with the distributors
- Distributor expansion initiatives
- Driving IT initiatives in the sales function
- Handling all promotional and trade marketing activities in the region.
- Being a focal point of contact with the marketing team at Business office and the sales teams in the region
- This position will be supported by ably trained Field Merchandising executives (on and off rolls) to drive all the above listed initiatives across the region.
Skills/Qualifications:
- MBA (2006 / 07 / 08 ) from a premier institute
- Around 4-6 years of experience in FMCG firms, majority of this experience being as an ASM
