Role :
- Identify problem areas in the funnel, work cross-functionally with all departments and resolve the issues.
- Create granular bottom up plans basis experiments and initiatives and ensure adherence across functions.
- Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects
- Lead sales Gotomarket initiatives and deliver business goals
- Monitor daily / weekly demand funnel and drive improvements on field
- Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinating cross-project activities
Required :
- 3-5 years of experience in driving central/regional sales programs
- Candidate should worked in startups with velocity/volume delivery and has seen x level growth
Skills :
- Analytical - and structured problem solving
- High level of ownership
- Comfort with ambiguity; strong test and learn bias; ready to get hands dirty
- Ability to engage and influence people cross functionally
