In a growing credit starved economy this is an opportunity to join a well funded digital lending platform based in Delhi started by a team of former financial services professionals dedicated to disrupting traditional lending in India.

The team has worked with reputed firms in Banking and Financial Services space, such as Bank of America - Merill Lynch, Citi, Deloitte, Kabbage etc. with exposure across multiple functions including technology, customer experience and process re-engineering, the team is leveraging its collective experience to deliver best in class services and great convenience to its customers.

- The company is led by a CEO who is an experienced venture capital and private equity investor with extensive global experience & a stellar track record.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work with the co-founding team and will be responsible for:

- Executing and scaling new program and product developments

- Leading/ launching sales verticals, including building a team

- Improving operational efficiencies by automating processes

- Innovating ways to broaden product's target base

- Monitoring KPIs, unit economics, and other business metrics

- Coordinating with other teams/departments and ensuring timelines are adhered to

The ideal candidate:

- Graduate/PG from an A list Institution with minimum 5 years of work experience

- Self-managed, willing to work independently with little or no supervision

- Rigorous - asks hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots

- Has the ability to work with cross-functional teams and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

- Manage Sales targets and handle P & L responsibility

- Has strong industry knowledge and existing relationships (FinTech/ BFSI/ Digital Lending)

- Has the willingness to take initiative, and sheer ability to hustle to get things done

- Passionate about building revolutionary financial products and scaling them

- A highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills

- A strong team player who can bring the best out of team members

- Has an analytical thought process

- Has superior attention to detail, high energy, positive attitude

- May or may not have a tech background

- Wants to move to New Delhi, India, if not already there

- Is comfortable working both within and outside the office on a range of activities & not depending on the hierarchy to getting it done
