Job description:
Primary Responsibilities :
- Define sales strategy and sales plan for Client suite of products for the Telecom domain
- Contribute to the growth of the company by achieving sales targets for the respective region.
- Represent and promote Client's products as a knowledge expert at various industry forums across the region
- Coordinate with other members of the Sales Team, and Support organization to manage opportunities and take them to a closure.
- Consult with clients on business issues
- Develop powerful proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations
- Strategize development of a Sales pipeline based on secondary research & existing contact base.
- Develop and demonstrate expertise in continuity sales and programs
- Establish and execute continuity sales plans and goals
- Lead and Plan Marketing efforts towards creation of contacts, content and sales pipeline
- Utilize current campaign/product performance information
- Propose, develop and test new continuity offers to increase sales and profits
Desired Skills & Experience
Job Requirements :
- 10+ years of prior experience in similar field. Experience in selling B2B Software Products and Solutions to large Telecom companies will be preferred.
- Exposure and understanding of BSS solutions will be preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B Software Product market.
- Expertise in all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and sales closure.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully selling large scale engagements
- Proven business and negotiation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Outstanding team player able to work across a global organization
