Title - Sales Professional (Designation as per the experience)
Reporting to - Head - Sales.
Location - Kolkata / Vadodara / Coimbatore.
Role :
1. Responsible for positioning solutions to the corporate clients.
2. Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales.
3. Developing as well as expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
4. Spearheading sales to maximize revenues, market share, overall customer satisfaction.
5. Analyzing clients requirements, sharing quotations, closing deals.
6. Formulating product mix for the clients as per the requirement.
7. Conducting analysis of sales trends based on geographical locations for revenue generation.
8. Enhancing relationships with the key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
9. Generating business from the existing client and also acquiring assigned business targets.
Monitoring competitors moves and current market trends Generating new business through cold calling, referrals and leads follow-up, and customizing sales strategies to address client-specific needs and markets.
10. Provided leadership direction and mentored account management team on client strategies.
Salary will be as per Industry standards.
