- Revenue generation for IPRs & Alliances
- Crafting & executing sales strategy for events
- Working closely with Content team on solutions for current events as well new ones to increase scale and stature
- Build strong relationship with Ad Sales team of HT to drive revenue
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
- Build a strong a Sales Team and providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
- Driving Sales to achieve Revenue Targets
- Conceptualize and execute client specific events solutions and develop it into a regular and profitable revenue stream.
- A proven track record in developing and generating revenues for entire portfolio of events
- Proven ability to take the lead accountability in Event Sales and delivery
- Producing accurate budgets that deliver on financial targets
- Forecasting future work and opportunities
- Developing relationships with commercial partners
- Producing highly targeted marketing briefs for events that ensure demand targets are met.
Skills Required :
- Ability to build and cement relationships
- Ability to sell events as per customer needs
- Key account management and business development skills
- Listening skills and an ability to demonstrate an open mind by listening to people with different opinions
