The Role :

As the sales specialist :

- You will be responsible to build and run the entire Sales team

- Own the entire sales funnel from top to bottom - from sales lead to close

- Own all sales conversion metrics and monthly goals

- Set, meet and exceed sales conversion goals and revenue objectives

- Research accounts, identify key players in the market and generate interest

- Responsible to connect with outbound prospects using phone and email

- Follow up with new business opportunities and setting up the meetings

- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners

- Overcome objections of prospective customers

- Manage company relationships to quarterly revenue and monetisation targets

- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new opportunities that meet client needs

- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the management

- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals

- Support and lead various marketing activities from time to time

- Hire sales reps as needed

At a later stage, we would expect you to implement a rigorous training program that establishes rules of engagement, template sand scripts, communication protocols, and closing tools

The Candidate :

Ideal candidate would be someone who has spent considerable amount of time in the digital media industry and would like to venture out on your own but didn't had the chance for various reasons. Other traits of the successful candidates would be :

- Goal/ Target oriented

- Actual selling experience of digital solutions to offline businesses

- You must have a strong Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, Pain points etc.

- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential

- Lead management using excel

- Ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively

- Excellent Communication, Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
