Field Force R&R:
- Sales Team Rewards program (eg. IBL) construct, monthly tracking and communication to all stakeholders
- Construct & Execution of Monthly/Quarterly & Special Incentives for field force with Budget creation & calendarization
- Conceptualization, Execution and tracking of brand contests for the sales teams/sales partners.
- Liaison with the regional SDM teams on behalf of HO SDM for any planning, alignments and queries regarding R&R for the field teams.
3P Resource Management:
- End to end Management of Promoter Manpower through 3P agency. Engage with regions in parallel to cater to business requirements while maximizing of Promoter effectiveness and ROI
- Create effective & efficient deployment plan for the resource in coordination with the regional teams
- Develop the right measurement metrics, tools and dashboards to analyse performance of the 3P resource deployment and budget efficiencies.
- Vendor management including liaison with internal stakeholders on constructing the right training, SOPs & tools for the ISPs
- Develop and calendarize the right incentive structure & parameters for the ISPs
Planning & Execution of Sales Enablers:
- Responsible for the design, content, roll-out & communication of the Sales Detailer, CBP and IMC to all stakeholders
- Efficient & effective communication of the monthly sales priorities & focus agendas to all the regional teams
- Closely work with the IT and field teams to bring improve & simplify our ways-of-working in the field through the right & timely inclusion of technology
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to develop the right dashboarding tool to measure & track the performance of key activations & initiatives.
