We are building a fully-embedded full-stack solution to enable Finance as a service across the spectrum of Business Lending, Co Lending, Financing Technology Suite, and P2P financing products. The key responsibility of this role is to ensure and build strategic partnerships, onboard organisations to enable lending as a service, and work closely with industry leaders to create tailor made products for target segments.

About the Role :

- You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We are looking for result-oriented leaders who have a strong bias for action and will be a fundamental driving force in our business's journey from 0 to 1:

- Helping to shape the creation of the our product to scale Supply Chain Financing as a solution

- Strategically devise the right customer acquisition roadmap for the company: Handling end to end partnership execution to continually scale sales and revenue QoQ.

- Sound business acumen to understand customer requirements, generate demand, and develop a sense of urgency among our target audience.

- Develop and execute various direct and indirect customer acquisition strategies Build a strong relationship & process for the new onboarding for a long & healthy business collaboration

- Build POC and product flows for the Indian retail/wholesale/industrial ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accounts.

What You Bring ?

1. MBA in Finance or Marketing from Tier I Colleges

2. 5+ years of sales/strategic partnerships experience, having interacted with C-suite executives

3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a strategic, and process-oriented working style /NBFC or related technology industry

4. Prior experience in partnerships, strategy, product or business development initiatives in a Fintech / NBFC or related technology industry

5. Deep understanding of Lending products (secured/unsecured/other lending products). Prior experience in Supply Chain Financing is a huge plus M
