Our client, based out of Bangalore, is looking for smart, team oriented, person who has strong experience in sales analytics, from FMCG/ consulting (sales analytics) back ground.

Looking for candidates only from top MBA colleges (IIM A/B/C/L, ISB, XLRI).

Role: Sales Operations Manager

Job Description:

1.) Managing sales numbers

2.) Planning sales events

3.) Managing pricing

4.) Coordinating with brand teams and central sales teams on events

5.) Executing the planned events

Key Requirements:

1.) Entrepreneurial and drive to work in a challenging and high pressure environment

2.) Strong analytical skills for understanding levers and interpreting data

3.) Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ability to drive consensus and execution across them

4.) Experience in ecommerce is a plus

5.) MBA only from top B Schools (IIM A/B/C/L, ISB, XLRI)
