Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Partner with senior sales leadership to define and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and revenue targets.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Lead efforts to continuously assess, streamline, and refine sales processes across all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Implement best practices to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
- Oversee the development and management of performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Use data analysis to deliver actionable insights and guide sales teams and leadership in decision-making.
CRM & Automation Optimization:
- Lead the management, optimization, and ongoing improvement of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity and maximize the effectiveness of sales automation tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Sales Forecasting & Planning:
- Take ownership of the sales forecasting process, providing accurate pipeline analysis, quota setting, and territory planning. Use data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue growth and resource allocation.
Quota & Incentive Design:
- Lead the design and management of sales compensation plans, quotas, and incentive structures that align with business goals, motivate sales teams, and drive high performance.
Sales Enablement & Training:
- Work closely with Sales Enablement teams to ensure that all sales reps have the training, tools, and resources they need to succeed. Focus on reducing ramp-up times and improving overall team effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and product launches.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, with a significant portion spent in a leadership role, particularly within SaaS environments.
Sales Enablement & Training:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding and training programs for sales teams, accelerating ramp-up times and increasing team productivity.
Sales Operations Leadership:
- Strong background in leading sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and quota setting to drive business outcomes.
GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Hands-on experience executing go-to-market strategies and programs, working with multiple departments to ensure smooth, integrated sales execution.
