Sales Manager: Speciality/Performance Chemicals (aimed at masterbatch & polymers industries)- Will be responsible for delivering annual sales targets for All-India
KRAs:
- Promote and aggressively develop Carbon Black /Master batch business in the Assigned region in line with company directives.
- Identify and introduce products promotion to the Customers in the Assigned Territories.
- Develop New Projects for Products in coordination with Technical Service / GM India.
- Analyze the potential of market and implement strategy to build a strong customer base.
- Provide Sales training to Distributor Sales team.
- Prepare Sales Forecast, Budget s and Business Plan.
- Set & Achieve Sales Target.
- Effective Collection / credit management.
- Prepare monthly and other specified reports of sales and business development.
- New responsibilities may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager based on Industry clusters or product groups.
- Participate in sales events and Exhibitions.
- Ensure Travel costs are maintained under budget.
- Develops good mechanism to monitor competitors activity and analysis its impact to build effective strategy to mitigate the risk.
- Builds constructive and effective relationship with customers, is accessible and takes time to listen to the problems & concern of customers.
Candidate Profile:Chemical/Mechanical Engineer with 6-8 years experience in Sales /Business Development. Must have proven sales experience in selling to masterbatch, polymers, printing inks, paints, and other similar industries
