Job Summary

- We need an Entrepreneurial Manager to own and drive the Organization’s Learning business - work across functions and bring the vision to life. - The company is looking for a tenacious, self motivated, hard working individual capable of winning immediate new business and adding real value. In this results-driven role, you will manage direct effort to generate new sales opportunities for Learning and Skill Development initiatives focused on Supply Chain and Logistics domain within the various industries in India.

You will brainstorm to find economical (we are a start up!) and intelligent ways to reach out to a large and diverse target universe

Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Marketing Strategy Plan: Development and implementation of Plan on ground targeted at existing and new customers to ensure new business and retention and repeat sales.

- B2B and B2C Sales and Marketing: create avenues for Brand Building and customer recall via Print ,Digital ,Social Media

- New Client Acquisition : Educational institutions/ Colleges/ Corporate Organizations

- Customer Relationship Management: Provide world-class customer support .Interact regularly with the clients/key stake holders to ensure a committed and partnership based long term relationship. Ability to respond to client requests for proposals in a quality, value-added and professional manner

- P/L Responsibility : To achieve the sales / revenue targets

- Competition Profiling

- Market Research : Come up with ideas for new and enhanced Service offerings and Strategic Alliances and Partnerships

Education Requirements

• - Graduate

- MBA Marketing / Supply Chain / Logistics / International Business (preferred)

Experience Requirements

- 3- 5 years

- The candidate MUST have previous experience working in selling corporate selling preferably in an Education/ Concept/Relationship management industry
