Sales & Marketing Role - Discrete Manufacturing - MES Market

Job brief:

We are looking for a high-performing MBA graduates who did specialization in sales and marketing, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Drafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of the MES market for Discrete Manufacturing is desirable.

- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations

- Responsible for representing the product to customers both in person and via teleconferences

- Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

- Update and maintain all sales collateral and presentation materials.

- Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams to ensure accurate and timely roadmap creation.

- Ability to travel nationally and, occasionally, internationally

Requirements:

- MBA degree in Sales and Marketing

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
