Your key responsibilities :
Client service delivery/execution
- Lead the delivery / execution of high quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
Knowledge Management:
- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
- Contribute to knowledge development and management
Business development:
- Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships
- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise
People management
- Be a strong team player
- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach
- Assist in resolving people issues
- Support people development through guidance and feedback
- Take the lead in recruiting activities
- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies
- Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence
Skills and attributes for success:
- Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - Performance Marketing (Paid) , CRM analytics , Loyalty management or Growth team
- Worked in monetizing existing consumer base via loyalty program/ CRM led campaigns
- Use of data for running performance marketing campaigns delivering high MROI
- Understanding of Consumer persona and Segmentation
- Understanding of consumer data and different types of Data (1P, 2P and 3P)
- Knowledge of Marketing automation and Ad Operations tools
- Have worked directly or indirectly in Marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Able to define program/campaign objectives and measure of success
- Working with in -house/ 3rd party campaign operations team or agencies
- Experience in doing A/B testing campaigns and analyzing them for performance improvement
- Experience in managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders
To qualify for the role you must have
- MBA ( from a premier institute) with a strong academic record
- years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise in the areas mentioned above.
- In-depth domain knowledge in one or more and expertise in at least one sector of the following sectors: listed - FMCG & Consumer Products, Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Financial services and eCommerce companies
