For the past two years the Adianta School has been working with industry partners to provide short training courses and other experimental programs in different cities of India.

CKS Consulting and Adianta School in partnership with each other, offer a host of training products around Design and Innovation.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - Trainings

Location: Delhi

Employment Status: Initial probation period for three months leading to permanent position based on performance

Position Summary:

The selected candidate would be responsible for marketing various training, workshop and summer internship offerings from the CKS - Adianta partnership

The role would have a support structure in terms of personnel assisting with social media, market research, client identification and account mapping

The candidate’s primary responsibilities would include initiating discussions with potential client organizations, getting through to the relevant people in those organizations (which are usually the HR teams, and occasionally the business / strategy teams) and marketing and selling our training products to them

The candidate would be reporting to the Head of Marketing and would be heading sales and marketing responsibilities for all training products from the CKS-Adianta partnership pan India.

Major Functions:

- Identification of key people / organizations

- Establishing contact with those key people

- Marketing our training products

- Selling our training products (ensuring closure)

- Relationship and network building with clients

Skills required: We are looking for a self motivated individual with the following skill set

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

- Experience in Sales and marketing

- Experience/Knowledge of HR function

- Orientation to design and innovation

- Ability to initiate dialogue

- An entrepreneurial attitude

- Proactive and aggressive approach
