Description :
- Accomplish business activities, and managing PAN India sales team
- Preparing and managing region wise monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Able to plan and implement trade marketing programs
- Set brand planning calendar, manages time lines
- Meets sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Handling volume sales for the entire portfolio of the product
- Willingness to travel extensively based on business needs
- Highly efficient in data analysis
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Minimum 10 years experience in marketing and sales and 5 years of leadership experience
- Worked for FMCG or food companies in premium product categories
- Keen understanding of food/spices and herbs processing industry
