Looking for people who can think BIG, who are ambitious, creative and have proven leadership qualities and who want to improve the landscape of India's education. Highly experienced individuals are invited to serve as Country Head in sales, marketing, quality supervision and franchise development/ management. Working from your base location can be explored as well.

You will be required to:

- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.

- Create marketing plans geared toward end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets and within budget.

- Preparation & delivery of marketing plan within key objective.

- Market research and competitor analysis.

- Develop business strategies and achieve performance targets.

- Manage, guide and strictly monitor your team of Managers, Pan-India.

- Executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Focus on both business growth and client retention.

- To undertake any reasonable duties at the request of your supervisor.

- To achieve the revenue target assigned to you.

- Being responsible for targets and their attainment and coming up with new strategies to ensure timely achievement of targets.
