- Enhanced analyses
- Performing high-level statistical modelling and advanced analytics using existing databases (StarLight and OTZ). Examples follow:
- Promotion response modelling (on-going promotions)
- Promotion tracking and ROI estimation (one-time promotions)
- Advanced analytics for targeting and segmentation
- Improve the efficiency of resource allocation
- Sales and Marketing analytics & CRM analytics
- Monthly Performance Reports
- Work with team of analysts to understand, develop and implement key reports that address the franchises¡¦ needs and helps the franchise stakeholders take critical business decisions
- Report and analyses to be based on existing secondary sales data feeds and CRM databases (Starlight and OTZ)
- Improve Operating Efficiency
- Take ownership of systems and processes
- Constantly strive to improve efficiency of work flow and operating procedures for all deliverables
