- Achieving Business Targets: The primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets by sourcing business through channel teams.
- Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships with bank branches and cross-selling other products to customers.
- Sales Promotion: Conducting sales promotion activities in the open market, participating in expos and events, and other promotional activities to improve relationships and attract new customers.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of Account Relationship Managers (ARMs) and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Risk Management: Preventing or minimizing fraudulent or risky proposals from entering the system.
- Feedback and Improvement: Providing timely feedback to the central team for product and process improvements.
- Training: Conducting training sessions on selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Team Management: Creating a performance-oriented environment through effective team management to enhance employee motivation and productivity.
