Job description :
- Engage and Motivate partners and ensure partners are engaged in client Business, increase their SOW in client Business and finally meet their agreed revenue targets
- Own the market development for the different Products
- Own the Business Development activity for Managed Print Services Business
- Identify partner gaps Geography wise as per the market potential and get new partners on board and make them successful.
- Achieve the desired prospect funnel objectives of the targeted products. Need to drive 3X and 10X initiative among Partners.
- Develop vertical focus in the region to target newer markets.
- Create & maintain a database of all key customers for the region.
Background and Experience :
- 12-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Should have prior experience of managing a team
- Should have hands on experience in Channel management & End Customer Management
Education :
- Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent
- MBA in Marketing /Finance

- Strong man management skills
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Strong Channel Management skills and Customer Relationship management
- Strategic Selling
- Understanding of latest technology in the respective Vertical
- Financial acumen/ ROI calculation etc
