1) To deeply understand the Transportation Eco-system in India & its macro and micro growth drivers.
2) Deep understanding of transportation industry applications, pertaining to Industrial Network solutions and products
3) Deep Understanding of Metro/Rail/Road tender packages, bid preparations, project risk evaluations, costings, commercials, high value project negotiations
4) Sound knowledge of commercial terms, contract management, various type of trades (HSS/CIF/MTT etc)
5) Have ability to develop relation with Consultants, System Integrators, End-User and all stake holders in the transportation ecosystem.
6) Understand Clients requirements & match them with Beldens industrial solutions and products.
7) Identify & quantify sales opportunities.
8) Self-motivated and Meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quotas & grow the sales funnel.
Candidates Requirements:
1) Candidate should have 10 years of experience in selling active and passive networking solutions and products.
2) Should have exposure in handling Govt organizations and Public sector Unit customers.
3) Should have exposure in project sales, bidding, networking, closure, commercial terms and conditions, negotiation skills, key account management etc
4) BE/Btech (E&C, Electrical, Instrumentation preferred). MBA or Post Graduation preferred.
5) Candidate should clearly understand and deliver customer and market segment needs.
6) Should have worked on large projects. Experience in installation of active networking devices and wireless products will be added advantage.
7) Should have worked with SIs and EPCs especially in transportation projects like Metro Rail, Railways, Intelligent Traffic Management Systems or BRTS, Smart City projects, Airports.
8) Should understand market trends & competition.
9) Excellent communication and presentation skills, a must.
