Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement sales strategies to promote TPU products and achieve sales targets.
2) Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results and exceed sales objectives.
3) Identify new business opportunities and market segments for TPU products and develop effective plans to capitalize on them.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
6) Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, and provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
7) Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business goals.
8) Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to TPU products, and incorporate them into sales strategies.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2) Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 12 years of experience in selling industrial or specialty products, preferably Laricol products.
