Industry : FMCG , Consumer Goods , Telecommunications , other strong channel exposure industry
Maximum Salary : 10-20 LPA
Experience : 2-6 Years
Job Description :
- Managing urban and rural prepaid sales and distribution.
- Delivering on revenue targets, strategizing & planning, data analysis, team management, distribution network planning & expansion, business extraction, enhancing POS brand visibility, competition tracking, channel partner's ROI and KPI tracking, and process compliance
- Optimize the use of monthly budget to maximize Sales - through retailer/channel incentives
- Manage Channel Partners as per the AOP/stretched monthly targets
- Building Strategy for driving new prepaid customer acquisitions
- Responsible to manage/develop channels and ensuring their ROI
- Monthly revenue and Gross Adds forecasting
- Monitoring primary as well as secondary sales to key customers and ensuring profitable ROI.
Pre Paid Net Adds (M+1)AOP Targets.
- Keeping Track of promotion activity and plan for promotion budget and effectiveness.
- Providing necessary training to the Sales Teams for market working and Channel & Retail handling and preparing them for the next level.
