Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take charge of the Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippines markets in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with distributors, partners, and customers to expand the InfraOn brand. This role requires strategic thinking to create go-to-market initiatives that will increase pipeline and revenue.

Technical Skills:

- Market and Sales Management:

- Extensive experience in managing mid-market accounts, direct sales, and working with channel partners in the ASEAN region.

- Proven ability to meet quarterly and annual booking commitment goals through strategic planning, lead follow-up, and prospecting.

- Strong understanding and passion for software/solution selling.

- Demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers and be metrics-driven.

- Experience in results-oriented environments with external customer interactions.

Product and Proposal Management:

- Demonstrate strong product knowledge with the ability to articulate the value proposition.

- Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements, formulate delivery approaches, and develop proposals or post-sale engagement plans.

Soft Skills:

Communication and Presentation:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations and train sales managers to implement strategies within their teams.

Relationship Building:

- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers at all organizational levels, including senior executives.

- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative, and solutions-oriented.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking:

- Ability to define account and opportunity planning processes and develop new initiatives to improve revenue and market potential.

- Lead sales management in developing and executing strategies.

- Ensure partners comply with our partner programs and other necessary regulations while engaging with the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

5-8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
