Position: Sales Manager.

Qualification: MBA/CA.

Job Role

- India Synergy machine sales and customer satisfaction.

- Development of Synergy Sales for the Indian market as per strategy approved by Management

- New customer acquisition in targeted categories and retention of customers

- Preparing Sales forecast

- Developing marketing tools / strategy for penetration in this market with BDD.

Education & Languages:

- Minimum Graduate degree in Engineering

- Fluent in English.

Professional Skills & Experience

- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent analytical, presentation and MS Office skills

- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization

- Marketing selling skills

- Customer oriented motivation/co-ordination

- Ability to go into details of costing/estimation

- Communication skill and negotiation skill

- Self sufficient and proactive

- Excellent multi tasking ability
