Reporties - BDM/TM
Education - MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Work Experience : 7-13 years in Retail sales, Min 2-3 Years of experience in on roll team handling profile.
Industry Preference - Glass, Paints, Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Cement, ceramic
CTC : Depend on Current CTC
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing sales in assigned state through channel /retail management with YOY growth & profitability.
Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
Responsible for Field generated sales through team & partners.
Identify problems and provide resolutions.
Ensure improvisation after identifying the loop holes in the current procedures.
Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support
Deliver sales presentations to customers
Identify new product opportunities
Co-own Marketing events, branding for assigned state/geography.
People management & team development.
Key Skills : Should be open for travelling and should have good networking presentation and team management skills.
