1. Asst manager ad sales:

2. Sr Sales Manager-ad sales:

CTC: 10-12 Lacs
Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon
- Responsible for generating advertising revenues across Company’s Web and Mobile products.
- Selling the branding options to nearly every major advertising agency and top brands via in-person meeting or phone.
- Responsible for the business development of CPM advertising and develop client base for Online & Mobile advertising space through audio ads, branded playlists and more products.
- Institute media plans/packages, release orders, insertion orders, proposal processes and any new sales strategy formulation, etc.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and ensure highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Tracking competition and evaluate specific business categories and marketplace trends in order to identify prospective accounts in Company’s demographic.
- Build ongoing advertising relationships with brand marketers and media agencies.
- Ability to educate clients on the current mobile and web landscape by keeping up to date on industry trends
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with presentation skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to contribute and build something great
- Exploring customizing offerings according to the requirements of the brands and increasing the advertising share of the advertiser.
- Creating valuable revenue reports used by management to track and optimize advertising strategies.
- Collaborating with the Campaign Management team to create and monitor the campaigns, enabling campaign screenshots, daily campaign reports and analyze campaign performance, produce recommendations, etc, for successful client service.
Experience Required:
- Enthusiasm, aggression and passion!
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven success generating revenue and exceeding goals through building, maintaining, and growing strategic agency and client partnerships
- Extensive contacts and relationships with leading agencies and clients.
- Generated at least 1 crore in last trailing 12 months where s/he had the material responsibility in developing and closing the opportunities
- Extensive knowledge of interactive advertising with regard to positioning and technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
- This position is both creative and analytic in nature. To be successful, you shall have very strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for Music and innovative software and customer success.
- In this position, you will play a key role in identifying, developing and implementing awareness and acquisition and sales strategies to directly impact the critical business metrics.
