Candidates preferably from Bangalore and other stations would be preferred, as the company is bring in a diversified workforce with good HNI contacts to diversify their operations
Knowledge of Tamil would be an added advantage.
Immediate joining is expected to achieve the business plan for the next financial year. Hence those who can join less than 1 month will get priority interview schedules.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Premium Sales (Real Estate) Generating leads of prospective clients
- Lead conversions from leads shared by company
- Advising clients on investment in Real Estate and providing end to end solutions for acquiring a property.
- Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Execute call & email campaigns around upgrades, new product launch & legal compliance initiatives.
- Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update on a weekly basis.
- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. - Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach. - Product introduction of new releases.
- A go-getter with a passion for business development & Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1. Pref candidate with MBA degree with minimum 5 yrs exp into direct sales, B2B sales, handling HNI/Ultra HNI clients
