We are currently looking for a Manager/ Sr. Manager- Solution Sales/ Enterprise Sales for one of the fastest growing automation software companies in the world.
Looking for a proven product and technology solutions sales professional (ideally from a BPM/automation company) to expand its business in India. Ideal candidate is expected to have at least 10+ years of solid software & solution sales/ Enterprise Sales experience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
- Mine existing relationships, as well as comprehensive sales and product, plans to further grow UiPath's key relationships
- Understand customer's business to be able to explore automation opportunities
- Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
- Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
- Interface with technical sales support team and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve quarterly quotas
Experience/Education Requirements :
- 10+ years of sales, solutioning, and consulting experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills; fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- MBA degree from a Tier 1/2 Business School
- Willingness for extensive travel
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team
- Energetic and highly motivated

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
