Responsibilities - Forms a key part of the regional structure for payables business and value-added services / products like invoice discounting, invoice financing, utility payments, any other project. - Responsible for lead generation, meetings with corporates, SMEs to pitch all value propositions mentioned above. - Responsible for new client / business acquisition & may also be required to handle existing corporate business relationships. - Responsible for selling above mentioned products aimed at generating business margins. - Job role includes meeting PSU / Pvt Banks, NBFC's, speaking to different internal teams, exploring fintech partnership opportunities, exploring new fintech project opportunities. - Must be capable of meeting CEO's, CFO's, Finance Head, Partnerships Head of SMEs and banks / NBFC's, make senior level decks and presentations to larger client / bank teams, showcase business opportunity and explore / identify business opportunities. - Responsible to report into the regional head, also responsible for leading any program / project end to end with other internal key stakeholders from finance, operations, legal, product, solutions and tech teams. - Responsible to participate in weekly / fortnightly management business reviews, present pipeline, sales and margins generated from handling various products. Experience: - Background can be from payments industry, payment gateways, corporate / transaction banking, B2B sales, Enterprise sales, bank handling and management should necessarily be a hunting/acquisition profile. - Be a self-starter, with a hunger to succeed, a passion for selling and strong will to win; able to drive results, to identify new business opportunities and to manage pipelines with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. - A strong track record in success in B2B cold calling (financial services industry sales experience a plus), articulate, inspiring, confident over the phone and most of all resilient; experienced at identifying and winning new business over the phone - Networking skills and excellent relationship skills. - Passion for emerging technologies especially mobile technology. - Exceptional negotiation skills. - Strong communication skills written and verbal. - Innovative and lateral thought process to be able to come forward with new ideas - Number crunching skills
