Open Position for Sales/ Sr Sales Manager for a Renowned Banking and NBFC to be based at Delhi.
Role and Responsibility
- Revenue Generation
- New Business Development.
- Hunting for new clients and getting them on board.
- Creating and pitching HNIs, SMEs for Product/Service /Concept Selling
Job Description
- Development of New Clients ( SMEs, HNIs) and / or exploring different Markets and Sectors
- Strengthening relationships with existing clients
- Should have very strong relationship skills
- Ensuring that sales targets for specified region are met
- Strategic planning, competition mapping & market mapping for the region
- Developing Team Members
- An MBA (Marketing) / Graduate with domain expertise in Direct Marketing/ Product / Service /Concept Selling.
Requirements
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills .
- Must possess strong business/corporate knowledge.
- External awareness and informed of Corporate affairs, would be preferred
- Structured thinking would be an added advantage
- Go-getter attitude with a proven ability to work hard
- Preferable Industry : BFSI, BANKING, NBFC, FUND HOUSE
